We have totally enjoyed our several winter stays in SW Florida. This coming year will be our fourth winter at the pretty pink Villa Cinderella. We all say it is just like coming home. The home is fully equipped and very well maintained. We have introduced family and friends to Cape Coral via our several rentals. They all love it and like to return each winter with the close by conveniences of the beach, restaurants and shopping. We have had John Baker as our Property Manager for seven years. We can’t say enough about how well he immediately take care of our needs. John Baker really does a great job to satisfy our vacation needs.

This is a lovely home that is beautifully furnished in a really pretty area. The villa is very private and peaceful with a lovely outlook. You couldn’t wish for a better Manager than John who went out of his way to be helpful. This is our second time in Cape Coral and we look forward to coming back in the not too distant future.

This was our first time to Cape Coral. We picked the right house through the right agent (John Baker). Everything exceeded our expectations (including the weather). The sunsets over the mangroves were incredible. Our evenings sitting on the Lanai will be one of the most treasured memories. We are now hooked on Cape Coral. It has everything you’d want. Cinderella is an incredible house, the canals are easy to navigate, your just a few minutes boat ride to the gulf, the restaurants are fantastic and Cape Harbor is a blast. We can’t wait till next year. Thanks John for all the recommendations.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our time at Villa Cinderella. I am sitting on the lanai in the early morning hours listening to the breeze rustle in the Royal Palms and watching the boats head out to the gulf for the morning catch. The rowers ply the water with their synchronized strokes and wildlife is in abundance. We have thoroughly enjoyed our time in this beautiful home in this exceptional location and we are reluctant to say good bye. Many thanks to John Baker for being an attentive and kind host.

Wonderful place to stay! We, a family of four, stayed at the Villa Cinderella just after Christmas through New Years and had a wonderful stay. The weather was great for us Canadians and the house was well stocked and very pleasant. The neighborhood is excellent, very private, safe and quiet. The neighbors were very friendly and helpful with things to do. We had a few minor maintenance items but John Baker was quick to respond and made it a non-issue. I would recommend this house and location to anyone. You will have a great time.
