A True Sicilian kitchen with a Gulf Coast kick

And when is that more true than in our holidays where possibilities amount to check out culinary specialties we ever have been longing for.

So welcome to the foody paradise of Cape Coral!

Are you a little bit hungry? Great. Please, hear the story two Sicilian who loved to cook and eat and who wanted to share their passion with others. And the best things: This didn’t happen far away in Italy but here in the United States.

Some generations ago the Carrabba and Mandola families emigrated from Sicily to Louisiana and Texas where they developed a cooking style that combined traditional Italian with a Gulf Coast kick. And wherever you enter one of half a dozen Carrabba’s inns alone in Florida or one of some dozens in the United States you can be sure: Your chef will carry on their traditions: hand-preparing family recipes from the freshest ingredients for an authentic Italian experience you won’t find anywhere else. Guests enjoy Carrabba family recipes handed down for generations including crispy calamari, homemade lasagna and a variety of fresh fish, seafood and meats cooked over our wood-fired grill.

Nevertheless – for some the typical American Filet will top really everything they ever, ever ate!Carrabbas map
