Eating at Pinchers Crab Shack is shrimpalicious! Because the motto of the house is “You Can’t Fake Fresh!” Since 1997, Pinchers has operated successfully with this simple message.
And this is the way how Pinchers does it… Each morning, local fishermen and crabbers leave the nearby shores and guide their boats out into the Gulf of Mexico. They return each night with the best that the Gulf has to offer. Their precious catch is brought directly to the nearest local seafood facility – The Island Crab Company located on Pine Island. Quality is everything especially to a seafood restaurant. We believe and found out at numerously visits to this great dining place that this is how the best seafood in town will be delivered to your table each and every time.

Our special tip is to start with the Hot Crab & Cheese Dip for only couple of dollars.
It’s Cheesy! It’s crabby! It’s a bit spicy!
The dip comes with an endless bowl of tortilla chips. It feeds up to four people. But be aware, it is addictive! You will never start a visit at Pinchers Crab Shack without this starter.
And then don’t miss the Jumbo Lump Crab Cake.
Fresh Blue Crab meat handpicked daily. So fresh you may get some shell. Served with coleslaw and a side of stone mustard. Regarding your choice of shrimps, you just pick your style. Grilled, Barbecue, Fried, Coconut, Blackened, Buffalo, Scampi, Boom Boom, Peel & Eat (Hot or Cold)
And pick Your portion:
1 Style (1/2 pound), 2 Styles (1 pound) or 3 Styles (1 1/2 pounds) – this choice is best for sharing.
Pick your two sides:
Fresh Cut French Fries (cut to order), Baked Beans, Fresh Coleslaw, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Garlic Green Beans, Garlic Bread, Applesauce. Add soup or side salad.
